Atmosphere
Guests will have the freedom to come in and out of our reserved banquet room, as they can view local artwork on the first floor and historical artifacts on the top floor. Our floor will be decorated with garlands and flowers from local florists. A "green" theme will especially be presented; however, guests will be notified that we plan for any wedding, not solely "green" weddings. Banquet tables and chairs will be set up with our presntation at the front.Tables with catered finger foods and water and punch will be to the leftmost and rightmost walls. We will also have a table set up with raffle items. Note: their raffle ticket will be in their welcome packet.
Amusement
Our raffle drawing will occur at the end of the presentation and serve as our form of amusement. We will also have for our guests, free of charge, a special take-home gift. Our clients will be able to visit with other vendors
Appetite
As aforementioned in "Atmosphere," we will be serving catered finger-foods. This includes water and punch to drink. Our cups will be recyclable, and any catered food that was unused will be potentially donated to local shelters (if provisions are preservable). Below are pictures of finger food examples. Please note that food served will be peanut-free and we will include gluten-free food to accomodate any allergies.
Appreciation
To show our appreciation to our guests, in addition to the catering and complimentary packets, we will hold the raffle drawing previously mentioned. The following are ideas of gifts that we would raffle off. Our top prize winner will receive several discounts from our company and vendors we are already partnered with (if applicable).
